The OFFICIAL UT @ Vandy Game Thread, 7 PM ESPNU

It was a dumb move by Yemi, but let's don't overreact. He isn't going to be suspended for the season for that.

He didn't even understand what the ref meant when he said go to the locker room. I don't think he meant any harm by it, but you still can't do it

Not as bad as everyone is making it out to be. That's what's bound to happen when u let a game get out of control as officials.

Tennessee didn't quit. I give them credit for that. Not enough talent on this team to play good all the time. Tonight we didn't show up. Thanks to Vandy for welcoming Stokes to this rivalry. Vandy wins tonight. Stokes will win in the long run. Go Vols!!!

Yemi embarrased the front of the jersey with that move.

CCM has to nip it in the bud. I'm not saying literally suspend him but I would not be surprised to see his minutes become less.

Quite frankly don't give a damn about what the Vandy player did. Yemi disgraced that orange jersey in my opinion.

hello drama queen. My name is Indy. nice to meet you!

Jenkins' otherworldly propensity for flopping around like a soccer douche certainly made it look worse than it was. Still a ridiculous play from Yemi.

ridiculous... but at least made watching the end worth it. No reason for Stallings to be leaving players in that long... or for those players to be shooting threes.

Good grief.

lol +1

If the shoe was on the other foot everyone on here would be calling for the Vandy player to be thrown out of the sport of basketball. It's just an objective view on the situation. I'm reacting to it the way I would if the arm was around the other neck.

Thank goodness you brought all that objectivity in here for all of us blatant homers.

as others have said, the kid probably meant nothing by it, and the Vandy player is a known flopper. It's really not that big of a deal.

His minutes are going to be less regardless unless Maymon or Stokes is in foul trouble or the game is out of hand.

Again, it was a dumb move but let's don't go overboard.

I would've actually felt better if he would've done that to Ezeli who was being a punk all night. He'll get his in Knoxville.

I recognize that it was probably just frustration, and that happens. I just think it was an unintelligent move that, while maybe not QUITE as big as I've made it out to big, does deserve to be made example of. It's just not the way any of our players should play. Again, it was a one time occurrence, so this is probably a pretty strong over reaction on my part. I'm just thinking about the way I would if yemi was wearing a Vandy jersey and the other guy a Tennessee jersey.
