I've had this one circled for a while. I think this is, and always has been, destined to be our toughest pre-conference game. OK ST and Arizona made me sit up a little bit, but this is the one...probably more so because it follows another mid-week game. I do like the way the game played out yesterday. Loy was the only one of our top 10 or so arms that we burned yesterday. Loy will be back on Saturday/Sunday. I'd expect to see Sunday arms today. I think the next four are going to be hairy, though. It's definitely not the end of the world if we drop one.

It’s based on their schedule.
They’ll stay up there until well into their conference schedule.

Speaking of interesting schedules, have you taken a look at the Washington St. and Oregon St. schedules? Life as a newly independent school is rough from a scheduling perspective.

WSU plays multiple teams six times within its own conference and has four separate midweek games against Gonzaga.

Oregon St. is playing multiple Big 10 teams during their conference season, midweek games against P4 teams, and roughly 64% of their games outside of their home stadium.
