The one thing that UT has been able to overcome all year long is killing them today

Games like today is why people bash McBee. He has brought absolutely nothing to the table.

Tatum is overall an idiot. Golden is having issues. McRae was nonexistant.

Yep. Consistency from game to game. The last few games gave us hope but the old team showed up today. Golden not taking care of the ball and Mcbee can't hit the rim.

The old road team definitely showed up today.

Uh, is this the first road game you people seen all season? With the exception of the Florida game, when has the team played any differently than this?

Do Oakland, Charleston, Memphis, Vandy, Athens, Kentucky, Starkville not ring a bell?

Good grief, this forum has a two week memory.

Ok the road team that didn't play in Florida showed up. Better for you?

McBee isn't going to save the day when the players around him are playing like junk. McBee's at his best when the game comes to him, and he gets wide-open 3s to knock down. If the game around McBee isn't leading to open 3s, then yeah, he's not going to do anything on offense.

The rim is the same height and the court has the same dimensions at all of those gyms.

Not picking just on you. I've simply been baffled why so many people here started assuming we'd sudden win three road games in a row and then win two in the SEC tournament.

Our guards do not shoot well on the road. Period.

I think we were thinking this would be a cake walk because there best two players werent playing, we need to get motivated and re-focused if we want to make something out of this season!

Umm... he had open three's. He missed them.

His stat line today shows how utterly useless he was.

We're averaging 54 points in SEC road games.

Right, lack of a team leader and the mental makeup of children not men is the root cause. My point was that the game is the same everywhere and the rest is just an excuse. With that said this team is ahead of schedule from the turn around from last year's Michigan game and the past regime's softness.

Definitely adds salt to the wound knowing that Bama's top 2 players didn't play today. Big time missed opportunity by the Vols...
