.... is that the game is noon, CST. The LSU fans will not have had time to get as liquored up as when the game is in the evening, and that makes an intimidating atmosphere a little more manageable.

I read with bemusement the posts about this in the main forum. Can't believe people actually think Florida can win.

If I were you I'd worry less about that and much more about Vanderbilt, end of season. They are showing signs of life, especially defensively, and they'd love nothing more than to ruin your run at the SECe.

This is true of Vandy. One step at a time though. I'll be pulling against your Gators tomorrow but the way they've looked and the way LSU has looked recently, I will be pretty surprised to see a Florida victory. Still, in college Football anything is possible. Well... beating Bama in the SEC CG... that may not be possible. Winning the SEC East, though it feels like a race to the bottom in some ways, will be good for the program. I've always been Butch-skeptical but anything that increases Tennessee's respect and helps recruiting, I will applaud.

Beat Mizzoo. Beat Vandy. Let the chips fall where they may and play hard against Bama in December if given the opportunity (Darn that USCe game!) and play well in a bowl.

I'm sure Vandy will be highly motivated. It's at home (or at least where they will have a few fans) and they should be able to run against us. However, I don't think their defense is a good match up for what we do offensively. Dobbs and Kamara should run wild.. and losing to Missouri isn't exactly showing signs of life.

Both Missouri and Vandy have projected 1st round pick on defense -- its the Vandy LB that worries me most, if there are any more injuries to the OL -- if Debord has any sense he will set up a double team on them

I'm not worried about Vandy. After last weekend, I don't know what signs of life you saw, but their entire team looks to have quit on Mason.

Cunningham is awesome. Any time I see Vandy with a great player (rare), I have to think... he should be in orange.

I don't think they can score enough to be a problem, we just gotta out score mizz. Which I hope our defense actually shows up tomorrow.

I.

I think that you are a bit confused in that the LSU fans won't be liquored up by noon.................

They'll be screaming "tiger bait tiger bait" by sunrise, to anyone who is in shouting distance.

I for one, won't go back to the "red stick" . Very inhospitable.

What makes you think they can score enough either, though?

Look at their SEC games outside of UGA.
