From the article about Austin Dillon visiting UT, looks like Butch gives Austin a sword. Am I missing a crucial part of Tennessee history, or is a sword not really associated with the University? One of the tweets says "The Power of the Sword"; I am confused about this. I would love to be enlightened, though.

Also, does it look like Butch is throwing up the hookem horns sign in one of the pictures? Here's the link

OK, I have something to brag about since we are talking about NASCAR. Back in the day I worked with Randy Lajoie to develop a seat that would save drivers life. All made from Alum drawn panels that could be fitted to each drivers size (Custom sizing) I have attached a picture and a link to his website. It was a cool project, tuff to get NASCAR good old boys network to approve the seat Randy Had envision, until he was able to test his seat with the approved vendors at the General Motors crash testing facility in Michigan. The results came back 80% safer with side impact 60% drivers side corner and 40% head on. As you can see all of the seat manufactures have taken Randy's design and re-shaped theirs seats, and now they have to pass a similar test as Randy had preformed.

From Randy is where I learned that a human neck would stretch 16" without breaking....because there was a color scrap on a roll bar, measuring the distance was their scientific way of finding this info. And that Dale Earhart used a old 1965 ford mustang seat mounted on coil springs when he was killed, he didn't believe in the new technology that was just being develop (Hans device) Dead on impact from broken neck.
