I'm a JoMil fan, but whoooo boy!!! That Gaston Moore fellow sure looked good. If The Heup puts him out there for more than just mop up duty, I'm really wondering if he might play himself into QB1. He can scramble, he can throw, he can rush, he can score, whooo! It's just practice with 3rd string WRs, and playing pattycake, ohhh, don't touch me, I got sunburn football. But he did look good. JoMil and Nico Man, just might have some serious competition. With the Heup's high-powered offense, he might end up adding Moore Gas. What did that old Esso ad used to say? Yeah, I remember: Put a tiger in your tank!

Moore wasn’t very good last season in mop up duty. It’s easy to look like a world beater in a scrimmage.

I was actually real impressed with Moore's performance and command of the offense. With that said, you're dreaming if you think he'll begin the season as a 1st or 2nd teamer.

My takeaways are that I hope he earns a scholarship and we should feel better about a doomsday scenerio in which JM and Nico go down.

All three QB performances prove one thing; familiarity with the recievers they practice with matters!!!! Gaston is a good QB, probably never start for anyone in the SEC but Vandy unless there are injuries. Joe and Nico wouldn't be throwing to any of those guys to start a game. That's the difference. Noteworthy: holy smokes, the running back room is ridiculous. Will be the best in the country this year; book it!!!!

Good grief. Are you actively seeking out more ridicule?

Gaston Moore is a gym rat, processes information quickly, knows the playbook in and out and is great locker room guy, will make a great coach one day. I think I hit all the stereotypes in that one. Let me know if I left one out.

So many third down dropped balls for JM and NI. GM is right where he should be.

When you watch the Kansas City Chiefs' preseason games this year, you'll be on here posting about how their new rookie QB is going to take away Patrick Mahomes' starting role.

I don't watch the Chiefs, I don't care about them except for very selective clips of Trey. And in case you don't know, Gaston isn't an OL-man. So that makes you a false prophet, a progeny of Simon the Sorcerer. I was warned about you.

Refresh my memory but didn’t Harrison Bailey look good in the O&W game Heup’s first year?

In the words of Biden “come on man”!!
The last orange and white game Harrison Bailey played the best. Seems to be the 3rd string qb throwing against walk-on db’s get a little easier path to stats

You left out arm talent and pocket presents.

With the RB room being so loaded, does anyone feel like we might lose one to the Portal this year? Don't know anything about the portal and when you are allowed to transfer, but wondered if it will be possible someone might leave before August in your opinion.
