Not the officiating. Not Chism's decision to take the 3.

Only 9 assists vs. 16 turnovers. You're not going to beat quality opposition with a ratio like that.

The real reason we lost was because nobody besides Tyler and Wayne decided to show up. Well, Tatum looked alright too coming off the bench and should have been in there more. I'm tired of seeing JP in the game in clutch time. I cringe whenever he touches the ball anymore.

You can also thank JP for his inspiring performance. Zero points, zero rebounds.....

I would say we lost because Purdue is a hustling, hard nosed team that made the plays in the end to win. This was a tough match up for us and we played it to the end. If we live and learn from this game, then it was a great experience. It's not like we were going undefeated.

Who cares really. It was a great game to watch win or lose. Can't win them all though some of you think we can. Get use to it. Shoulda' Coulda' Woulda'....blah blah blah. Whatever. The game is over. Nothing is going to change the score now. If venting about why, or who did what wrong, or blaming others makes you feel better, knock yourself out. It was a great game to watch. :)

pizz-poor point guard and playmakers tonight....JP was horrible, Tyler was off, Maze was crazed, Hopson played soft, and Goins looked like he pulled his Groin!! Hope they can get it together...
Chism was a serious force, and Tatum should log more minutes........

9 assists.... 16 TO's.... = FLEX offense with no Chris Lofton. unless someone is on fire from 3... our offense looks really bad.

the team did not play well...especially 2nd half.
sometimes no matter what you try its just like that.
coaches go through a few of those a year...you just have to hope it is not against a top 10 team or you lose.
and we did

Never "write down" anything that Tyler Smith promises before a tournament involving Tennessee basketball.

I don't get your point or anything else you were attempting to convey in this pile of letters and numbers you're trying to pass off as a post.

the real reason we lost was that we missed two good looks at threes in the the last minute. If one of those goes in than we win the game. There is no reason to over analyze the game. They played a good team and they lost by one point with an opportunity to win the game. The sky is not falling and this game will make us a better team.

bad coaching ,never shoot a three behind by one

Hell I wish that was the reason. Come on guys the reason we lost is because the "team" plays streetball and does not play as a team!! I do not think they even run a play, they just make it up as they go............ very frustrating.

I love clueless fans. Our flex offense was the problem? We scored 72 points against a Top 10 team that makes their identity based on great defense! And that was with our 'wonderboy' Hopson completely not showing up because they played physical against him. Our offense was not the problem.
