No way in hell he goes to ASU. That guy couldn’t get through the first interview in Tempe w/o him trying something like this

I dunno man, ASU seems to be doing everything they can to attract attention from other conferences.

Seems they want out of the mess that is the Pac 12

ASU won't pay him enough and it's not a Blue Blood program.

Nebraska is interesting though...

I’m just talking about Urban personally. I don’t think there’s a school in the country that has the reputation for great looking coeds that Arizona State does. They’re next level.

Zero way in hell Meyer would take ASU or Nebraska job but I could see him taking a job in the south when it opens up.

Auburn would seem like the perfect fit once Harsin is inevitably canned.
Didn’t they try to fire him by manufacturing a story about him banging an assistant in the football program? Don’t know if they would hire Urban, plus I don’t think Urb’s heart could take the heat of sharing the same state as Saban.

Meh.

Miami, and San Diego State easily match them in that category.
Texas too

Miami does not match them. Arizona State has 80,000 students. Miami might have the location, but it is widely known that Arizona State coed situation is built different than others .

Ive been to both.
LSU is up there with Arizona State.
Tennessee isn't far behind either.
Utah as well.

Ole Miss too.
Houston.

All of them are as good or better than ASU.

If you're talking about around the world...
University of BC is damn near unbeatable..

It is amazing what sports journalism has come to. They can get an entire article out of "2 power five coaches are likely to get fired this season, maybe the programs that fired them will hire Urban Meyer."

I submit to you that maybe, just maybe, less coverage of college football is what we need. With less coverage they would not have fill so much column space and with some luck only the stuff that matters would get printed. Just a thought from a grumpy gus.
