I really feel that Randy Sanders should not be the only one to be demoted. The entire coaching staff needs to take a long look at themselves. The players are playing hard. It seems as though there is a lack of focus and direction with the Heach Coach. His salary is such to where there needs to be some accountability and advisement on the issues that are affecting the team and Tennesseee football. Having close to 15 students arrested, charged, or kicked off the team in the offseason is a shame. Discipline has become and issue. Everytime a mistake is made... there is always the excuse of "not for lack of effort" or were "playing hard....cant seem to get some breaks" .....this should be addressed. In the end the players play...but not without direction. accountability. leadership. and teamwork. and discipline. I am not asking for Coach Fulmer to be replaced. I just hope there is some new ideas put into place in the offseason. GO VOLS!

There is always a scapegoat for losing.

Sanders was it. Whoever the new OC will be it as well when we lose our first game.
