Wow. I bet you did not grow up around Harrisburg. Probably a self loathing part of the state where labor unions ruined the economy and now the liberals do not know who the cry to about their crumbling infrastructure.

The United States is THE dominant superpower in the world by any traditional measure of power for a nation state. We also did not become THE power without warfare. We were the decisive factor in two World Wars. We have dominated intellectual and technological advances. We have created the highest standard of living in history, so much so that a person on welfare with food stamps eats better than most of the nobility throughout the history of the world.

3 teams in the top 25...Purdue beat TN, Florida beat Michigan State.

Vanderbilt losing to Western Kentucky and South Carolina losing to Wofford really took big chunks out of conference RPI. Just unmitigated disaster losses.

The SEC is where people thought it would be and if the upper half beats up the lower half as I expect in conference play, there will be lots more than the 3 SEC teams in the NCAAs negative nancys prognosticate.

Ole miss, miss state, kentucky and tn.

One more from al, sc and uf. The uf win over fsu and the win over msu really helps them as they seek to get off the bubble in march.
