texas A&M now. Even if texas opts to stick with the big 12, if i were slive I would still press the aggies to switch, because this realignment issue will come up again, sooner rather than later. Even if the big 12 holds together now, it will remain an unstable conference. Now is a very good chance to gain entree into the texas market--something that would greatly benefit the SEC long term (and something which the horns/sips would H-A-T-E!).

i agree! even if his goal really is Texas, getting a&m now (even if getting texas has to wait a few years) will only help that

If Texas stays put I don't see A&M exiting.

However, the Big 10 could still make another move. I wonder what the SEC would do in response?
