The State is coming to DVD

Next to Mr. Show i would say The State, which ran for a very short period of time on MTV (and may have been the last good program that was shown on MTV)was one of my favorite sketch comedies of the 90's. Anyways they are finally releasing the show on DVD in July.

Yeah huge fan myself,I think The State is more of a nostalgic feel for me because honestly i havent seen it since i was in middle school, so who knows it might not be funny to me now. Guess we will find out.

Did you know Bob and David were making a sitcom sketch show for HBO last year, shot the pilot and all, everyone loved it and they pulled the plug on it themselves? Apparently they are still going to make a new show on HBO eventually.
