Droski, are you trying some kind of pump and dump scam? I kid..:) I don't own any, but it is on the cheap. I will be looking at the earnings Tuesday and might pull the trigger on some.

no offense, but i don't think you guys have enough money to really help my stock positions. :) i'm buying before the earnings. the reality couldnt' possibly be worse than the horrid expectations here (knock on wood).

i've been saying for 5 years that this should be a core holding in anyones portfolio. it's just always been ridiculously overpriced. no longer.

So Mr. Immelt says GE has the cash flow to pay the Div. but for how long is what im wondering? Some folks say by the end of the year they wont have the cash flow, but I dont know. Anyone have any thoughts if the Div. is safe for the rest of the year?

i'd be shocked if the dividend didn't get cut. GE cap is killing them.

Droski, are you still holding uyg?

I'm thinking of getting in uyg or fas, tomorrow morning, after the unemployment #'s, and riding it up with the stimulus/bad bank/mtm news.

Nice 30% run on erts, btw. :good!:

Not me (I already hold enough C, BAC and GS), but there has been some nice insider buying on BAC.

i still own it but am getting pretty hammered on a lot of my positions. one of these days these bank stocks will tripple. ask me which ones and when and i'll tell you i have zero idea.

I bought some CME first thing this AM. @ $179.05. This might be a nice little trade for the day.

I sold a little and sold all my CME @ $192.00. Made a little lunch money today on some trades. A strong close will be nice.

Omg

So get ready soon for the short trade of the century?

What causes the selloff? (sell the news after the stimulus is passed?) and what causes the rebound? (SEC rule change, m2m or uptick?)

The markets are so different these days with the volume and options and day traders, maybe its just a coincidence.

What do you think of APL and XTEX? Both are paying a 20% dividend. XTEX is trading at $4.35/share and paying an annual dividend of $1.00/share. Not a bad investment.
