It was the right thing to do against Oklahoma after we were up a couple scores and had them mostly stuffed . Not against an offense with a pulse when you're getting smacked in the mouth from the opening possession.Well the Media was calling Huepel a genius for putting the offense in sleep mode in the second half at Oklahoma and relying on the D to hold on,
I guess he believed it and wanted to do the same this week
Was it? Is it really the right thing ever? I guess it is when you know you’re offense is a complete liability that might get you beat when you run it, so yeah it probably was.It was the right thing to do against Oklahoma after we were up a couple scores and had them mostly stuffed . The reality is our coaches can't seem to get our players up for a big game, predictable play calling, and total lack of adjusting during the game to what is not workingI'm sad, very sad! Not so much we lost but the shovel full of humility we'll have to watch over and over by the local and national media all week as a constant reminder. GULP and PUKE! It's not the end but a real gut punch. Like taking that slow long walk home in pre-school with a bad report card.

Yeh that was the issue and Heupel knew it. We all weren't fully in tune to what was happening yet , because we were just waiting for Nico to light the world up , but JH knew the offense was a liability and that game could have turned south in a hurry. Was it? I guess that should of been our clue as to what to expect this week.
The reality is, we cost ourselves a shot at the playoffs. We must now beat both Georgia and Alabama and everyone else on our schedule to make the playoffs.
This is why I stay away from social media after a loss. I prefer to cope in peace.I'm sad, very sad!
