The top 10 game that no one knows about: (9) South Carolina at (7) Arkansas

I knew about it too. It's just taking backseat to 1 vs 2 and Tennessee being on at the same time. Should be a good game none the less

Arky - 24
USCe - 16

Cocks don't have enough offense to win this game.

The problem with being certain about either is that both are overrated. We saw what SC did against Tennessee with Worley(zero offense) and we've seen Arkansas struggle with pathetic teams as well. Both have found ways to win games but both have beaten a lot of crap. I'm back and forth on who I'd pick... hard to say. Probably Arky since SC has booted Garcia and Lattimore is injured. Arky has struggled against some pretty trash teams though

Wish CBS had done a doubleheader this week so this game could've come on at 2:30.

Ark 35
SC 20

(Was a bit of humor regarding just how greatly lsu-Alabama has overshadowed everything else...to the point that a game like this between 2 top 10 teams is almost an afterthought by comparison)

You guys are putting a lot of faith in a team that beat Ole Miss by 5 and Vanderbilt by 3. I could see Arkansas stomping SC but I could see SC doing the same. Neither team is the powerhouse their rankings would seem to indicate. The top teams in the SEC are always the best but I think these two are getting a pass. Look at their schedules and you'll see...

When is this game being played? Next week? Haven't heard anything about it.

Say, did you know that Alabama and LSU are playing this week? Here, let me point you to the entire ESPN family of networks that are spending every last second talking this one to death.

I'll take a stab:

1. LSU
2. Oklahoma State
3. Stanford
4. Boise
5. Alabama
6. Oklahoma
7. Oregon

Not sure that makes sense though; why would Arkansas fall from 7 after destroying a 9th ranked team, and Oregon jump up a spot for beating an unranked washington 34-17?

I'm interested to see where Arkansas ends up...I don't think Alabama falls behind them, but I could easily see it argued (based on rankings and how soundly they won this week...and where losses came from) that the Hogs should perhaps move up a space...which creates the possibility of their landing right behind Alabama

Which creates an interesting question to ponder: if they manage to beat #1 LSU at the end of the season (which could be an another HUGE game) under such a ranking scenario, do you then jump them above Alabama?

(With 3 way ties for SEC championship bids being resolved through BCS standings, one could possibly - depending on how the next few weeks go - have play out what could essentially be another 1 vs 2 game)
