:dunno: no comment. Although, in many southern states this is techinically a combo holiday becasue people used to officially recognize R.E. Lee's birthday on Jan. 19. When MLK Day started to become recognized as a holiday several states merged them into the same day but they do not generally advertise the R.E. While the third Monday in Jan. is a legal holiday, MLK day. T.C.A. 15-1-101.
