Tebow's throwing motion was causing him rotator cuff pain and could have been a threat to his long-term productivity. They reworked his throwing motion in the offseason and it seems like its doing the trick. Still, you have to wonder if it is going to cause him to have problems in adjusting. He threw for 10,000 yards in high school the old way ...

I wouldn't worry about it. Seems like they fixed whatever the problem was with his motion.

I thought he looked strange jumping in the air as he threw the ball....glad to hear they got it fixed.

 Good one.

Seriously, though. If you are used to throwing mechanically one way for 10,000 yards and then you are asked to change it, I've got to think it is going to take some time to adjust. Its one thing to alter it in a room with technicians and video equipment, or even on the practice filed, versus being effective with what does not come natural to you when also dodging 300 lb. linemen.

I think he will be fine. I played qb (obviously not at the level of Tebow) but I had always had almost a side-arm release and it was causing tendonitis in my elbow. I worked on throwing with a higher release point all summer, which was weird at first, but my elbow stopped hurting and during the season I never threw the old way. Guys tweak mechanics more than you would think (I believe Ainge did when Cut came in) so it isn't a huge deal.

Does he still look like a girl when he throws?

Tebow needs to revamp his throwing motion? News to me. His lob passes had such velocity and a nice spirals last year.
