Based on what you see from week to week the raiders got screwed a few seasons ago.

Most ambiguous rule.

Also how come the commentators couldn't figure out there was no penalty on Ed Reed because he was pushed into the kicker?

Umm that was almost 10 years ago.

Just saying I have yet to see it interpreted the way they did when they screwed the raiders yet it was supposedly by the rule. Brady fumble the ball well before his hand attempted to go forward & he didn't seem to even be attempting to throw yet Sanchez has the ball in his hand & it's moving forward as he's hit & it's a fumble.

His hand wasn't moving forward, genius. His elbow was. You have to use every bit of your eyeballs.

If you're referring to Sanchez dummy watch the replay. His hand went forward & so did the ball yet was a fumble. Brady got hit & the ball was falling straight down before his hand attempted to go forward but that was incomplete.

Ok, well here's the thing. You're wrong. His elbow had been moving forward, but he lost control of the ball at the instant his hand started moving forward. Since it was ruled a fumble on the field, the call stood.

You're very bitter and you need to just move on. Nobody likes the Raiders. Is that what you want to hear? Ratings would plummet if the Raiders ever got a call because nobody outside Oakland or LA likes them.

It was one of the worst calls ever & hasn't been called the same since. Has nothing to do with the raiders. The Sanchez call was wrong too. It's not even like he came forward with an empty hand. The ball may have been knock loose a little but was still in his hand enough for him to throw it forward & past the line of scrimmage. That wall called you a *** go argue with it.

It doesn't matter if the ball is "still in his hand enough for him to throw it forward." When it's "knocked loose a little" as you just stated it was, that is loss of possession. If this happens before the hand is moving forward, then it's a fumble. Deal with it.

FTR, I'll agree that the tuck rule is BS, and the Raiders got screwed. The issue is, however, that this isn't even the slightest bit related to that play.

After the tuck rule debacle they now go by if you're arm is going forward with the ball & get hit it's incomplete. Sanchez was even able to get the ball downfield. You Deal with it.

It doesn't matter where the ball goes. If it's loose before the hand is moving forward, it's a fumble. This has absolutely nothing to do with the New England vs. Oakland game. The issue there was that his hand had already moved forward, and was coming back.

The Sanchez play was NOT an enforcement of the "tuck rule." You're just reaching so you can whine some more.

WTF is whining merely stating how a supposed rule screwed a team & hasn't been enforced that way since. That was the supposed tuck rule. The Sanchez play was merely an incomplete pass that was wrongly ruled a fumble.

The Tuck Rule has been enforced/called plenty of times since the Raiders/Pats game. There is also a misconception that the first time it was called was in that game when , in fact, it was called in the Jets/Pats game that same year - Testaverde and the Jets were the beneficiary of the ruling against the Pats.

It didn't work on Rivers fumble this afternoon. haven't really seen it enforced since the Oakland game in the snow.
