I'm going to make this short and sweet for a couple reasons. First, the feed on ESPN3 was fuzzy all night long and I could barely make out what was going on. So honestly I can't give my best evaluation of tonight's events. Second off, none of you care because of the UT football coaching search. :) So I'm going to limit this tonight.

1) If Jeronne Maymon doesn't come back and help save this offense, UT is screwed. The offense just has no flow.

2) UT cut it down to four, 21-25, and then allowed two easy layups. The sign of a young team with no leadership right there.

3) Jarnell, time to step up. Tonight's effort was not good. I know you are frustrated, but you just have to work through it. You aren't crashing the boards like you should and the D was lazy tonight.

4) Bernard King Player of the Game: Jordan McRae. At least he's trying to get something going on offense.

5) The team needs Armani Moore. Hopefully he can get out of his funk and back in the rotation.

6) Lost in the awful offense is how good UT is playing on D. They only allowed 35.8% from the floor. They weren't as good as they were Friday, but still damn fine. That's a positive sign.

7) Wichita State doesn't seem like a big game, but it is. You don't want to be 4-4 this early in the season and lost three straight with such a young team. Fix the offense and get a win against Wichita State and come back with some momentum going into the rest of December.

Go Vols!!! :hi:

Failed to crack 40 points two games in a row. Did Kevin O'Neil's teams ever accomplish that?

I agree with everything but one guy can't be the key to a season. If he is then you're not a good basketball team.

Z, the feed wasn't fuzzy. That was just how we played.:)

Would explain everything lol.

But seriously, somebody said Kenny Hall took the three pointer with 30 seconds to go and I had to check the game by game because I thought it was McRae. I couldn't see.

Our Jr pg walking it up and dribbling 16 seconds or so off the clock, down 6 with a minute to play sums up our leadership and preparation.

McRae should never be allowed off the bench unless it is to carry martin's luggage to the moving van.

It was Hall but really didn't matter, they all shoot about the same. Might as well be Makanjoula jacking up threes. Tis team isn't worth watching.

Gregg Marshall should have gotten the UT job on three occassions. He lost his entire roster. He'll come in here an coach circles around Shaft. Don't say you weren't warned.

Classy. He was the most aggressive player out there and actually is the only guard that doesn't play scared out there.

Just stop.

He's the only one willing to try anything! No, his stats probably won't look good, but at least he isn't afraid.

Besides, if he didn't play, who would?

I actually sort of like how Golden has played. If anyone around him had any energy or activity, I think he'd be able to accumulate assists. And his shooting numbers would increase, too.

Not saying Golden isn't at fault, but I think he's done as well as he can given his unfortunate circumstances.

Believe the Vols were not even a top 40 this season. Would like to see them put a decent win streak together-maybe 5. Where's the offense? Can this team score more than 75? Will they be the middle of the pack in the SEC East?

Sorry. Any pg leading their team to back to back miserable offensive performances isn't doing their job. And we saw 3 other pgs play tonight in return.

A failure to list one negative bullet on the coaching of the last two games reports should be unexcussable and is a disgrace to all game reports. I guess it's easier to dog the players and not the true leader.

Didn't realize you were the king of game reports.

And bullet #1 is on the staff.
