The Walking Dead

Cause there's nothing like some zombie love, amirite? It's going to be akin to a banana peel anyway right? At least you won't have to coerce a moan out of her. "waaaaaaaaaahhhhhh"

What did the zombie say to the prostitute?

You can keep the tip.

I read it wrong the first time, but it's still possible. That was my guess though. What other group could it be referring to?

"Alexandria is finally able to begin pulling itself back together; peace is embraced between the two groups."

That sounds like Rick's group and the Alexandrians...not a new group. Jmo

In one of the first Alexandria episodes, they mention 3 people that they had to exile...I wonder how that will play out? They don't throw in lines like that without it being a reference to something down the road...

Also.....

I'm seeing a ton of talk online that next episode they get back to Glenn and that he is in fact alive. If the talk is true, he does in fact crawl under the dumpster while the walkers chow down on Nicholas, and Enid is the one who finds him. Apparently she somehow ends up on the fire escape and throws him a bottled water.

Spot on!

I noticed on the DirecTV guide earlier this week when I looked at the "info" for this weeks episode, Steven Yeun was among the cast listed on the info screen. Of course, he was listed in last weeks episode info sub-menu under "Cast & Crew" but not on the info page.

While I agree it was better than the last 2, it was still pretty boring. I like Glenn, but he should be dead. So many damn speeches the last 3 weeks. Of course now they will have a really good episode, then a good one to start the second half of the season, then settle back into filler nonsense. I think it was VSF that said they need to drop back to 12 episodes, and he's a 100% correct. The writers are not creative enough to give us a good story for 16 episodes, hell idk that they are good enough to give us 6 a year.

I thought the episode was decent, at least better than the past two weeks. Still nothing special though. Ending was very good though, and I'm looking forward to the mid-season finale next week (first time since week 1 this season I've really looked forward to the next episode).

It really annoys me that Glenn is still alive, but I'm not very surprised they ended up going that route. still, everything about that situation was complete ****. he should be dead.

I think Glenn eats it this season. something in his demeanor on talking dead.

Nitpicky but they really need to hold a class on how to use a machete? Really trying to emphasize how incompetent these people are. Probly a bloodbath of redshirts next week.

My biggest problem with the show right now is it is trying so freakin' hard to be "serious", and it's really not working. They try to make the dialogue so serious that like you said everything turns into a speech and the conversations don't even sound close to real. For once it would be nice if they stopped trying to be so dramatic and just act like real people.

It's like they've hired soap opera writers.

it would be nice if they started filling us in on what the gov is doing. I'm sure the gov officials are bunkered down trying to get a cure or trying to kill the zombies and continue population control. of I guess the assumption is that the fed gov botched another thing.

No. It is just our duty as American citizens to accept these zombies. They're no threat. What could possibly go wrong.

I got the impression from the first season at the CDC that the government didn't really exist anymore. I'll have to go back and watch but I want to say that doctor said his CDC center was the last one standing.

Now in reality I'm sure some of the higher ups did get swept away into a bunker, but I doubt it will ever show that. The comic hasn't even gone there.

Unless the main group discovers them why would it? They aren't just going to cut away something totally unrelated to what the cast is doing.

Maybe the next spin off should be about the President being taken away.

Actually I like it more knowing it wiped out everything.

I was just kidding.

But it would be an interesting story to see what happened to the president. You know he was taken to some type of fallout shelter. How long would it be a viable safe house?

Ultimately the surface government would be wiped out but underground somewhere there is a bunker of a few dozen people with the President.
