Alabama beats Auburn in the Iron Bowl
Oregon State beats Oregon to win the Civil War
Auburn barely beats South Carolina in the SECCG

TCU wins out
BSU wins out

TCU vs BSU in National Title Game

The perfect end to the BCS

Here's to my pipe dream

Oregon State beats Oregon to win the Civil War

Ridiculousness of that aside. I feel like TCU/BSU in the BCSCG is just going to end up helping the BCS. Look at it from the viewpoint of a BCS Defender... they can finally step back and go "See! Anybody can get into any BCS Game or the Title Game. Anybody can win the championship. The system works."

The only thing that would kill the BCS in my mind would be like a repeat of the Auburn in 2004, a school from a major power conference going undefeated and still being left out.

Again, this is just a dream. If Oregon plays like Oregon did against us, they win easy. But , if Oregon plays like they did against Cal, they lose.

Oregon State may look down, but its the biggest rivalry for both schools and if Oregon comes in too cocky, yall are toast.

As far as TCU/BSU, you still could have one loss teams consisting of LSU, Ohio State, Wisconsin, Stanford, Nebraska, Okla.St., and Michigan State, who all played more difficult schedules than oth TCU and BSU.

and this right here would be the exact opposite of the "see anybody can win it..the system works" because if TCU and BSU run the table and the BCS picks a couple of of one loss teams to jump over BSU and TCU...Now that would destroy the BCS

I forgot to add Oregon and Auburn as one loss teams, if my scenario came true.

Oregon State is just plain bad. I'm an Oregon guy so I've watched most of their games this year... this team before James Rodgers is unrecognizable to the product they are putting on the field now. Just pitiful football. Bad coaching. Bad play-calling. No effort. They've just given up on life.

The Beavers just got blown out, AT HOME, to a team that had not won a Pac-10 game since George W. Bush was president

They are 4-5 right now and still have to play Stanford and USC BEFORE the Civil War. They are gonna get beat by fifty if we show up. And at this rate, even if the Oregon Marching Band plays... they'd still lose by 20.

As far as TCU/BSU, you still could have one loss teams consisting of LSU, Ohio State, Wisconsin, Stanford, Nebraska, Okla.St., and Michigan State, who all played more difficult schedules than oth TCU and BSU.

Yeah, 1 losses might have posed a threat in years past but my gut says that if Auburn drops one of these last two or if Oregon loses to 'Zona (not particularly likely in my mind but FFFFAAAAARRR more plausible then UO dropping the Civil War) then either TCU or BSU will play in the BCS CG... probably BSU.
