The "What If?" Game

OK, What if you are Fulmer (head coach), and you are looking to fire Sanders, or do something with him to improve the Offense. What do you do?

My Suggestion:
Cutcliffe - Co-Offensice Coordinator/QB Coach
Sanders - Co-Offensive Coordinator/Running Backs Coach
Taylor - WR coach (that was his job at Tulane)
Doug Marrone - line coach
Washington - (gone)
Stephens - (gone)

But that's just my idea.
