LAST NIGHT AGAINST NC STATE.

Or can you recall one worse?

I was embarrassed by what the performance was.

Coaches and players both.

We play like five guys who just got together to play some pick up game They play on talent alone no help from coaching When we play a team with some talent and have been coached up we look lost

Funny thread. I'd say any game during the Wade Houston era though Jerry Green would probably be a close second. He won a lot more games but was the epitome of doing less with more.

The worst i've ever seen all time was against KY in the SEC tournament back in the 90's. I believe the score was 101-40

This thread is a joke.

Go watch any game from the Wade Houston era and get back to me on what the worst Tennessee Vols basketball game is.

Listen , not for nothing but that slop we put out last night, the last thing I remember near halftime was seeing CM talking to himself on the sideline and the look on his face reminded me of someone taking a dump, then I fell asleep for about 35 min.

CM can't and wont get it done here, plain and simple

101-40

Pretty much any NCAA tournament game played by a Jerry Green team (besides the S16 year).

Being up 20 and choking it away in a win or go home game qualifies for me!

The bedrock bottom was 93/94 year. Team was 5-22 and 2-14 in conference. The paper bags needed paper bags.

I'm pretty sure that year the record for TBA for lowest actual attendance happened. I think at least one game the ANNOUNCED attendance was about 5,000.

Although the Buzz Georgetown NIT game in 2003 had an announced crowd of 3,000, which means probably about 1,000 showed up.

Listening to the legendary 11-6 game on the radio, as I did, was not as boring as watching the UNC St. game.

I vote the 06 game against Butler at Madison Square Garden. That was like watching paint dry.

I remember we went up like 23-8 in the first ten minutes behind JaJuan and Lofton and then scored 21 the rest of the game when we went into our patented "dribble for 30 seconds and then pass it to someone for a 25 foot 3" offense. It worked a lot of nights but not on that one.

Pretty sure we got blasted by the Tar Holes the very next night. NYC did not love the Vols that weekend.

I was at the game that night in Stokely as a teenager. One correction...score was 11-6. Obviously that game was played before the shot clock.

Ahh yes I knew I was close...I remember having strep throat and not being able to go to the game but listened to it on the radio....Poor John Ward was even bored and falling asleep calling the game lol
