IMO, One of the main positions that's going to affect the outcome of the game is this.

Linebackers, ours and theirs.

Ours because they're going to have to be ready to fill the holes up and stuff the running game, while still being mindfull that the west coast offense influence is going to mean midrange passes to backs and tightends in space. Tackling well is going to be very crucial with a back like Lynch pounding the rock all day, and I don't know about you all, but I've seen a few games the last couple years that look like we forget to wrap up for games at a time.. Also, Longshore is young and has never played a game on the road. They need to hit him hard and hit him early. And while I feel we have a lot of talent at linebacker.. I have felt the same way about our receivers for two straight years now...

Theirs because if they can contain Foster and pressure Ainge, WE might be in for a long day offensively.

what's your X-Factor?

JT Mapu is someone I consider an X Factor.

If he can come in and play like he did before he went on the mission, then we have 3 very very good linemen (Harrell and McBride being the other 2), which will take pressure off Ayers, X, McGlothlin, and Bolden. Allow Cal to try about double Harrell, PLEASE.

Right, I think Mapu needs to go back on a mission again... of destroying opposing QB's.... in the name of all that is orange. amen
