...to feel good about than I expected today. Lucky 7!!!

Terry Fair, a good WR commit, and a general feeling that things are good on Rocky Top. I find reasons every year to feel hopeful, so it isn't anything new.

But I am really happy to be a Vol tonight, regardless of who is playing for the crystal.

I'm always happy to be a vol. There are just those days where I'm more upset about that than others. :eek:lol:

I may be the only one on here, but I'm rooting for Alabama. Having endured years of Okla/Neb wet kisses by the media, years of Michigan/Ohio St cooing by the media, years of USC/UCLA love fests by the media, years of Notre Dame/Penn St warm & fuzzes by the media (and lets not forget the media's Miami/FSU hug fest)........I'm loving this 6-year run the SEC has on the crystal ball. I sincerely hope it stays another year. I dislike the Tide as much as any Vol (I remember Bennet destroying T Robinson's knee and I remember Manning's first pass of the game (slant) to Joey Kent for 6 in UT's first game breakout against Bama's streak a few years ago....)

Those of us in the south, have known for years that football is serious business down here and when you play week in and week out in the SEC, you better have your s..t together. Not so much elsewhere...where there is maybe one rivalry per year. This is a rival conference.

I was one of those who never felt right about CDD. I always wanted him to do well but never was convinced. The more I find out about CBJ the more I believe He's the guy. I've bought in big time. I can't wait for football.

There are several on here with post counts of 20k. And I seriously doubt they look at their post count in shame. More likely the other way around.

But yeah, I agree with utvols74. Orangeslice you should write a book.
