I'm having a real problem trying to get us down to a 10 man 2 deep rotation. Just my opinion, you get down to 10, and then you look at how do you get Gaines and Pember...both of who flashed pretty well at times last year, some PT. GREAT problem to have. Should allow us to "gas out" other teams on D this year, where we just assault teams on start to finish. We have so many good players. A good problem to have indeed. It strikes me that Pons and Fulky are the only no-brainer starters. Anyone else could start on any given night. Of course, as the season progresses, some players will move ahead of others. Really hope we get to play the full season.
Since you said it that way, it makes me wonder if Barnes will regularly tailor the starting lineups to the opponents. We have enough talent and depth to conceivably have several effective lineups. I guess coaches really already do that, but I'm wondering if this roster would warrant a larger amount of different lineups than usual...I hope it doesn’t go this way but he could start with Pons and Fulky
