more kicking the bucket...Yeah. I don't see anything that guarantees that there WILL be high school football in Georgia this year. I see the start date being pushed back. Of course, that could be pushed back again or cancelled at a later date.
If there is one thing that all politicians and bureaucrats excel at, it is kicking the can down the road.
Count on it. As it will be in College, we will see mass COVID infections or quarantines for teams in any given week. Realistic optimism is Ok but I do not see any reason at this time for that to occur. Unless God snaps his fingers and commands COVID to be over.I don’t care if we have to wait until mid-September or October, fans want football for high school and college. If there is no football, schools all over the country will face apocalyptic financial problems.
Hey OP, post a tweet about what the quarantine requirements are when a player becomes infected then I’ll get excited. This tells us nothing.
