Open grounds throughout the house and excess moisture in the crawlspace. Both are correctable, I have to know a ballpark figure before we proceed.

The home inspector said the house was very well built and that the problems they noted were mostly superficial. The electical grounds bug-a-boo me. It could be as simple as loose connections at the box.
