Third place in the East looks wide open!

Florida Hasn't looked good at all. Mizzou is still undefeated. Vandy, UT and UK are struggling.

I agree. 3rd in the sec east is up for the taking. Its going to come down to who wants it worst
I think were just as good as everybody in the east expect for Georgia & Carolina. We got a good chance to finish up our season on a high note in the sec east. Who's coming with me? GO VOLS!

Is this how far we've fallen? Going from talking about how we can win the East, to how we can finish third in the East? My god, it's a sad state for Tennessee football right now. Can't wait till Butch gets us back on top.

Have you looked at the SEC E standings the last 5 years, UT finishing 3rd would be a great improvement, don't forget we've won 2, yes 2 SEC games in 2 years

3rd is way better than one sec win and last or just ahead of Kentucky. You people want to go from 7 to 1st. There has to be an middle. I would be thrilled with a 3rd place finish in the east. That would get us a decent bowl

As a side note... we only lost by 14 to Florida!!!

I understand, and I'll gladly accept a 3rd place finish in the East after what we've had to suffer through the past 5 years, but my point is simple. A proud program like Tennessee shouldn't brag about a possible 3rd place finish, even if our football team has been in shambles as of late. We're still Tennessee. However, a 3rd place finish would be a vast improvement from last year that's for sure.

This is my first post and I'm using it now. I can't believe we are even talking about 3rd in the east. WHO CARES cuz it's not relevant!
