Butch is going to have this team frothing at the mouth when they play Oklahoma. You can feel the momentum slowly turning and by 9/13 this team will be ready to go out there and let loose.

Ferguson is finally going to be unleashed by this coaching staff - who should he throw TD's to?

North?
Malone?
Pig?

Hell, there's plenty to go around after Ferg has ran a couple in himself.

Oh wait,

let's not forget our 5* back Hurd who may want a couple and our newest commit, Mr. 'just torched the grass behind me' Scott.

This is going to feel like Vols vs. NCSU in the dome, except No Dooley, No Hangover, and nothing but sparks and momentum heading into UGA.

Curb your enthusiasm, bub. Much as I so want your claims to be truth, they won't be. These wonderful recruits are just getting out of high school. They aren't going to be ready the likes of experienced SEC teams and a loaded Oklahoma squad. I want to be made into knuckle dragging liar but the truth is what it is. 2015 however, we should be body slamming whoever gets on the field with us.

As usual, a fan gets excited, posts his excitement, is intrigued by the talent coming in, has a very positive attitude and other VN members ridicule the post.

God forbid a fan get excited and think positive about the upcoming season and team. Sheesh.

Add half eaten cheerleaders by piranhas to the list of things that hate UT.

I hope that happens for us. I want to wait and see who wins the QB battle and how the O-line gels. I hope it works-out that way.

OU's Jr and Sr classes will be largely composed of guys who were part of classes that avg'd 3.52 and 3.65 "stars". UT's current class is averaging 3.58. But UT is going to go into Norman with those Fr and a RS Fr QB who STILL has not even proven he's the starter... and beat up on the Sooners?

OK. If you say so.:good!:

After which Butch Jones will fix the economy, reverse global warming, and kill all the zombies on Walking Dead.

We're all excited about how this class is looking. We're not all making foolish predictions about how it can turn UT into a championship caliber team overnight.... especially since the staff has not proven it can coach with the big boys yet.

Stoops just outcoached Saban impressively... UT was done before the end of the first quarter against Saban. Let that sink in before trying to legitimize a post like the OP again.

IF... HUGE IF... UT is competitive with OU then it will be primarily because the players who return have been developed in the off season and the coaching improves (a lot).
