The people who started those threads should be subjected to water boarding and then suspended for a week, minimum....



Wouldn't it be a great idea if the mods were to administer a competency exam to prospective posters.. Maybe we could have a VolNation 'drivers license' so to speak.. You would be required to use it to log onto VolNation and the mods could randomly ask you to produce your license and if you don't have it, an immediate 3 day ban..


I've got it, Let's have three levels of membership.

Level One - Viewing only.. Minimum level of security.. Reading comprehension quiz required but no photo I.D. or password..

Level Two - Viewing and posting.. Extra security.. Photo I.D. license w/ password required with small fee for processing. Reading comprehension and writing exam.

Level Three - Viewing, posting and starting a new thread.. Highest level of security. Photo I.D. license with thread stamp which involves the small processing fee plus a $50.00 fee for the Thread Starter Stamp (TSS). Reading comprehension, writing exam and I.Q. test.. Also, valid birth certificate with blood and DNA testing required (applicant responsible for cost)..

Mods, could you please get to work on this immediately and if you need any help I would be glad to volunteer my time (well about 45 minutes worth anyway)....
