I'm so ****** pissed right now! We get screwed over EVERY freaking time when we're about to beat one of the big boys! Stupid refs gave Georgia the game! I'm already over here crying knowing we can't have anything positive happen to us! When will this curse be over!!!!?

Chill out. It's just one game. We had a ton of recruits there who were undoubtedly impressed.

Once CBJ gets his players, we'll be curb stomping UGA on a regular basis.

How? The defender did interfere, Pigg did lose the ball, and the defense did not stop an 80 yard drive. Can't blame the refs on this one.

How long can you go on where losses, no matter how hard fought, are impressive? This has been going on for 5 years.

I give Butch a hell of a lot of credit. But this is where people start to give up. Having a couple of these every year is too painful for players/fans/recruits.

How exactly did they screw us? By doing their jobs and making the right call? I know it sucks, but what happened happened. At the end we played hard but that's just the way things go for us lately.

The PI call was the only bad call I saw, and it looked worse watching it live.

LOL the recruits don't remember us losing to Bama in 2009 or any other heartbreaking losses.

They're ready to get here and play for a coaching staff who took a talent challenged team and came within an inch of beating #6.

I am proud of how hard this team fought. One less dropped balls or penalties, and we would have won. Major improvement. Go Vols! Beat SC.

Recruits know that Tennessee is an "almost" team. Tennessee "almost" has had one big victory in each of the last 5 years. That isn't a school big time recruits want to play for.

As far as the fumble it was "the right call". It's the rule that sucks. Penalize the offense with a loss of down, not losing the ball. The defense didn't recover it. If that happens ANYWHERE else on the field the offense doesn't lose the ball.

The first PI call in the end zone was BS. The defender had his head tuned looking for the ball.

Recruits saw the 12th man at his best today.
Butch's recruiting pitch isn't 'Come play for a winner'.
It's 'come help us restore a great football tradition'.
I'd say recruits were very impressed.

Fumbling through the end zone has been a touchback since the beginning of time. It was the right call.

I didn't see the unsportsmanlike call. Even the replay didn't clearly show the UGA player's helmet come off.

Absolutely none of this is on Butch. I'm just talking about how an outsider would have viewed the last 5 years of Tennessee football.

This.... I'm not saying it wasn't the right call but I'd like see a replay of what happened to see if it really constituted giving GA a first and goal with the game on the line.

it will take butch 2-3 years to get the talent needed to win these games on a regular basis
