He actually had a pretty successful landscaping business too. He’s been big into NIL since it became legal though and has now turned that into this role with On3

I watched it so I'll save you all the trouble.

Grant Frerking is basically one of the nation's leading NIL experts so ON3 hired him to be Director of NIL something or other. He has been advising players, schools and businesses all around the country on NIL matters already but starts at ON3 after the bowl game doing it professionally. Their take is it will be a huge deal that a UT guy will be advising top prospects all over the country about NIL and might help with pointing folks our way.

Boom! This definitely is a good thing for Tennessee. When folks on here complain about talent…Grant did something about it. Tennessee is more than a sports school. Doesn’t surprise me that some posters aren’t interested in making millions or entrepreneurs. Have we ever done a poll of Vol Nation posters that goes “what is your Tennessee affiliation?”. A) graduate or VFL, B) work here C) attended, D) just a fan, E) troll. LOL…GO GET EM VOLS!

If you go back and watch any touchdown celebration we've had this season Grant Frerking is always the first one congratulating his teammates as they come to sideline. Dude's the ultimate teammate.

The kid was a millionaire when he walked on at Tennessee and he has helped with NIL helped get players NIL deals and the Orange Bowl is his last game and the next day he will go to work with on 3 and help advise kids on NIL also now in Tennessee TSSAA High school athletes can get NIL deals so it could help that a Tennessee grad is advising.
