The only thing I am sure of is Ohio St and Kansas are final four bound. Besides that everybody is vunerable and anything under the sun can happen.

it's like this every year.

filling out a bracket is like making a new year's resolution......it only takes a few days for it to go right out the window.

Same goes for me. Purdue, 'Cuse and Pitt really f'ed me over. I love watching this stuff, though.

There are just so many good basketball players and bigger kids now. Another reason why the pg is so big. There may be fewer elite players that stand out, but there are a lot of talented teams, players and coaches.

I have the tarheels taking down the buckeyes. If that happens, my golf trip will cost less when i head out soon!

Only thing I can see with them is I they have a really bad shooting night.

They are good though.

Diebler and Lighty were on fire. If they're off and have to rely on Sullinger and Lauderdale inside, they could easily get handled by UNC.

I am 7 for 16 with 2 final four teams --Pitt and Purdue-- gone. This is the first year I did actual stat research to fill out my bracket. What a waste of time. Once in high school, I predicted an entire region perfectly and got all of the final 4 --99th percentile. Now I am in the lowly 18th percentile.

Except for 2007. That tournament was the perfect storm of chalk and dullness.

Though I'm sure you enjoyed it.

I should have turned my bracket into the work pool, I'd be sitting pretty well ahead of everyone else. I have a penchant for picking upsets and then getting cold feet and not being willing to possibly throw away $5.

yeah, i kind of liked that.

that was a hell of team. i wonder how highly regarded they'd be if they had "north carolina", "kentucky" or a similar name on the front of their jeresy instead of "florida"

Diebler and Lighty will have a field day with UNC. Heels play no perimeter defense, whatsoever. GG, Carolina.

And they made another title game in the 2000s, too. Amazing how a program that couldn't make a tournament until the late '80s got so good so quickly.

The same reason their football program went dormant for 70 years and became a powerhouse in the 90's. A good coach changed it all.
