This requires a demolition

Rather than a remodeling. I'm thinking several years to flush out the bad and establish a core of highly physical and mentally conditioned skilled players. I would think it takes considerable time to transition from a weak team to a strong one.

Here's my reasoning. If you watched LSU-Ala tonight, the contrasts in strength, speed, and conditioning were enormous in comparison to our own. Enormous.

So not only do we need finish strong with this upcoming recruiting class, somehow we have to change practice habits and raise the competition level at the same time we have hangovers from a junior/senior class with a history of just getting by. Do you understand how that might make it more difficult and impede the progress?

I agree.

The first thing we need to determine is if we have hit Ground Zero or not and build from there. CBJ does think so and we will know at the end of this season was or not.

The second thought is what does CBJ final product look like and will it be a team that once he has his pieces into place to win National Championships, SEC.

Third, how many if any changes/adjustments will he have to make to get there.

Fourth get his pieces here, wait and see. If his vision for UT football is what you want then support him, if it is not, then GTFO. Right now he is the HMFIC, he is not going anywhere anytime soon so accept it or move on.

I think for at least one half of the Georgia Game and for the most part of USCe game we saw where he is headed. He did so without his players.

Talent, discipline, conditioning and team building all take time and patience. Most see it but some are not willing to
Wait it out. Not willing to wait, or the sky is falling, or you can accept mediocracy. Do you think CBJ accepts mediocre effort, hell no.

Don't you think he wants the same thing you want as a fan.
Difference is he is the In charge and all some of you are just a gnat on an elephant's ass.

And...wasn't the opposing coach yesterday in his 1st year??!!

Why yes he was, and took over a 3-9 team at that.

Malzahn stole Rodney Garner from GA instead of importing the AR ST staff. How does RG stack up against the best coaching staff in America?
