Vanderbilt football walls get 'deep water' theme

Link to article with new Vandy wall graphics in their training center. Thought it was funny that the article and most of the graphics focus on Tennessee and plays against some of our historically worst teams as the pinnacle of their success..

Also put a picture of Bear Bryant on the wall of "past coaches" .. Lol. What?

Doesn't look like in-state recruits are taking to bait.

Interesting. To me, the deep water theme suggests that Mason is in over his head and Vandy will revert back to their rightful place... drowning in the SEC.

Not trying to be a jerk, but at the very best, this should be in the NCAA and not clogging up UT football on here. Read the article. Vandy is trying to create the illusion that they are a rival. Let's not help them with the illusion.

The definition of rival is subjective, IMO.

Was assistant at Vandy in the early 40s. They're just clawing for recognition by placing him up there. He obviously didn't stay long.

In the past 50 years, they've beat us 5 times - 3 of those have come in the past 10 years.

But with all do respect, it is an article about Vandy and their locker room, so, obviously, it'd be more about them, than us .... you follow?

We really need to stop talking about Vandy. It's getting terrible. I can't wait until we beat them this year so we can put all this crud to rest.

We talk way too much about those fools (Vandy) on here. Tie that anchor around your neck and flush yourself down the toilet.

Should have been deep dodo theme.

I notice more UT players than Vandy.

The pic of the Vandy Athlete: why didn't they use carta-samuels or the other three fellas in that rape case for character & integrity?
