I just wish they would can Dooley this week and let the kids play Kentucky the way they want to. I'd like to see Bray go 40 for 55 with 800 passing yards. Pass every down and have some fun after this pathetic excuse of a season.

Everybody is frustrated. Of course a coaching change needs to happen but I don't think this team deserves any better. I think this team has players that could have had a MUCH better season but they deserve what they've gotten because no matter how bad a coach may or may not be - at the end of the day - the players have to play the game. And they've been horrible.

So I think the players need to take on some responsibility for this crap too.

no, correction to your thread title. The title should be The FANS Deserve Better this is absolutely embarrassing.

Last time I checked, Bray isn't the team. When these kids commit to Tennessee there is a certain expectation of greatness for each and every one of them. Bray may show a lack of leadership, but the coaching really hasn't given him the opportunity to do so either. Week in and week out the game plan changes based of dooleys panic level. How can anyone be comfortable leading a team when they themselves have no idea what Dooley will do next? Cut him some slack, he's been in a bad situation each and every year he's been here.

I wish Hart would have fired him last year so these kids could have a decent coach this year

Fear not. Dooley won't hesitate to lay ALL the blame at their feet. God knows nothing is his fault.

True Bray has played with no emotion. The rest of the team as well. Even with that Dooley needs to be gone this week after this performance. I wanted him to do well here but obviously it is not working. The players and fans deserve more.

Why does this team deserve better? You have prima Dona's players who play great I the good times but lack the intestiental fortitude to fight when the going gets tough. Don't get me wrong, I think DD needs o go but the top players players have no will to win.

Thank you. You make the bed you lay in. Coaching sucks but in all honesty these kids are playing tonight like they don't give a crap. Bray is apathetic, Patterson quits on plays, Hunter YAC consist of him dancing in place, and I've seen tree sap move faster than our defense. Down 24 points to Vanderbilt. Only time I thought I'd ever say that is if this was a debate contest.

coach never taught the players how to win or control emotions. a well coached team and you dont have this many issues...coaches wouldnt let it happen year after year.

Dooley inherited a dumpster fire and he has done nothing but fuel said fire. He now will leave Knoxville a scorched football wasteland
