This TEAM is a better team than last year

Although we no longer have the likes of Bray, Hunter, Patterson, Rivera, etc., I truly feel we have a better team this year year than last year. Our depth is lacking, but sometimes when a team plays together and is well coached good things tend to happen. No one could expect us to come out of the gate with a 1st year coach and go 5-0, but I think the rest of this year will be much better than the first. Watch out for the VOLS!

You think....what a mess last year....the players laid down on a bad very bad coach....played as individuals for the most part.... The Vandy game was an example of it. DD laid down on the in MO game....

Ky game they laid down.....the loss....out coached also...what a disaster of a coach....

I agree. I feel like a team that plays like a team will be more successful than a team that plays for themselves. I think we finish strong this year.

From what I gather, last years team had a problem with not only a bad coach, but a QB who had a strong arm and an even bigger ego or problem listening. If Bray were on the team this year how do you think CBJ would handle him?

They are better except at QB and WR and possibly TE. The OL is better and the defense is certainly better. The running backs are better and special teams is getting really good. I'm hoping that Worley and the WR's are gonna step up a little more each week starting today.

And no one did expect that. But I think you'd expect to be 3-3 right now with pretty much any coach, even Dooley.

I think you are correct. I feel like we have a reasonable chance to go 4-2 down the stretch. Last year's team would definitely be more likely to go 2-4 over the same stretch of games.
