2/28 3/1 3/2 Games against Quinnipiac.

Quinnipiac is now 0-3 as they started the season this week in Norfolk, VA with losses to Vllanova, Norfolk State and today to Buffalo. The Bobcats were outscored 24-8 including a 10-1 loss today against the might Bisons.

So, another sweep should be expected.

The weather forecast is not as as good with expected temps in 50s.

So the Vols should be 10-0 going into a tougher week with two games against La Salle and three at Arizona State (which is actually struggling right now at 3-4)

I'm not counting anything before it happens because baseball is a funny game and anything can happen, but the Vols should realistically be 12-0 going into the weekend series in Tempe.

I have a feeling we're going to see some guys pitch that have not pitched so far...It's going to be interesting, 8 games in 10 days, to see how CDS manages the arms and line up in the next week, 10 days etc...

Despite their 3 and 4 start, it seems like ASU makes it to the CWS almost every year.

They have one of the best baseball programs in the country.

I don't know, they've had a little "Georgia" in them lately.

No CWS since 2010. No titles since 1981. . Have finished 4th in a down PAC-whatever the last two seasons. Their tounament-less 2012 season was actually better than last season when they backed into tourney with a worse record than season before. Sanctions kept them from 2012 tourney.

Reading the message boards, it appears the natives are restless as they are convinced poor recruiting is to blame.

Did Raleigh end up at ASU? Sounds like VFL natives here a few years ago.

ASU coach had a far better resume than Raleigh, who's only apparent skill was bringing donuts to the interview. Luckily for him (Unluckily for us) Mike Hamilton had skipped breakfast that morning and was really hungry.
