i could see Winthrop or Davidson winning a couple of games...and many say Oral Roberts could make some noise..

then you have consider that teams like Ark and Ill are 12 seeds...so they are decided underdogs as well, that don't necessarily fit the "cinderella" profile...

Old Dominion has a shot at the Sweet 16 with an opening round against Butler.. Butler has been struggling going down the stretch of the season. I'd watch for Creighton to do some damage as well.. They'll beat Nevada and might give Memphis fits in the second round.

I'm going with Winthrop. They gave us all we could handle last year, and they're better this year.

I've got Oral Roberts, keep in mind they went to Kansas and won this season. I don't think you can count Winthrop as a "Cinderella" since the media and most people are expectin them to make a run. Another far out shocker to watch is Wright State.

I agree w/ ODU in the 1st round but not to get by Maryland.

If Maryland plays like they did against Miami, the Terps may not make out of the first round.. ODU has a decent front line, and they have the depth to keep up with Maryland. We'll see tho.

I don't usually pick Cinderellas. The Cinderellas aren't usually who we think they will be. The Cinderella is the team that no one, often not even the team they are playing, takes seriously.

The teams we all think can be Cinderellas, are the teams that get hammered in the first round, because their opponent is expecting something out of them.

I have Marquette beating UNC, mainly because I can't stand UNC. I know there is probably less than a 10% chance of it happening, but it is tourney time and anything is possible.
