Those doing the bidding of Trump would be smart to pay heed

Remind me again about which party is fascist and will use the Justice Dept against political enemies - all the examples seem to point one way...
That might be a legitimate claim IF Congress wasn't controlled by Republicans for Trump's first two years. The Republican House and Senate are now controlled by Trump Republicans. You can't argue the Republican House isn't a joke. They have made every effort to investigate the Democrats' investigations. They have totally ignored their role with common sense legislation. WTF do you think all the good ones got out? It's happened just as bad for the Democrats. Trump loyalists dominate the dysfunctional Republican party. The new Democrats get behind whomever the party decides. How F'ing stupid is that. They ran away their best guys. Webb, Bayh, Nunn, etc ,.

Congress is the Justice Department? Not sure what your rant is about and how it changes the lopsided use of state and Federal judicial systems against one particular political party (contrary to the claims of which party will do so).

That verdict wasn't the result of anything by DOJ.
In the words of Doctor Evil “Riiiiiight”.
We all know all about the revolving door where DOJ lawyers “quit” to go work on state prosecutions of Trump. Also all of the meetings between state prosecutors like Fani Willis and the White House counsel.
We aren’t as stupid as you wish we were.

Again, friendly reminder, go ahead and get those therapy appointments in the book now. The calendars will fill up quickly come 06 November.

The Trump Republicans tried to use the Justice department. Time and time again. They got shot down exponentially more times than not, with most of the cases going before Republican and/or Trump appointees. What don't you get about that fact?

Uuuuh, you might want to check who controls the Senate right now Bub. Getting basic facts that wrong does not help people take your subsequent arguments seriously

They tried to prosecute Hillary. She submitted to 12 hours of testimony in front of guys drilling her ass. They presented cases all over the country trying to assert election fraud long AFTER a duly certified election. How many lawyers facked their lives up doing it? You can't be serious with your assertions that one side is worse than the other

Read the damn post. I didn't claim that Republicans currently control the Senate. They did during Trump's first two years

Did the Justice Department raid Hillary's home? Hell, they didn't even make her testify under oath on the one thing they investigated her for.

The accusation against Trump is that he is a fascist and will use the DOJ to go after his political opponents but since before he was inaugurated it has been the DOJ and state/local DoJs that have gone after him and his people (as the OP offered the latest example). My point is that he is the worst fascist ever given how much of what he is alleged to do he 1) never did when he had the chance and 2) has been the subject of it in extremes.

It's not a hard point to understand

I'm not saying your points aren't valid. Hillary most certainly testified under oath to Congress. She probably lied her ass off, but after the 12 hours or so, they decided not to indict. The point I'm making is everyone can't be corrupt but Trump and his people. Too many of them have gone to jail

Congress can't indict - yes both parties investigate each other. Seems Team Trump got an extra heaping dose of it from the DoJ (different than Congressional investigations) along with 2 impeachments from Congress but he's supposedly the one to fear since. It's nonsense.

Yeah, I bet we can agree our choices from the two parties suck for POTUS. We'll leave it at that
