I flew down with my daughter who is a student at UT, we stayed in Orlando and drove in to Gainesville.

1. Most of the gator fans on the way to the stadium were nice, there were a few idiots but most of them just mind their own business. On the way out was a completely different situation lol. I just looked at it like well we did it to them last year so its payback but it was a awful walk out none the less.
2. The stadium is not bad, needs some updating but not the worst, it was pretty loud in there at times and I was in the nose bleeds.
3. We are totally out of sync in almost every phase of the game so far this season, it was painful trying to watch Joe communicate through the noise. They were obviously not prepared for the noise and it cost us pretty big.
4. Why are we not running the ball more, every single year it seems whoever wins the rushing battle wins this game. We have not been patient with the rushing game, we need to run run run to set up the pass and we have not done that yet.
5. Milton does not have full control of the offense, it seems they have to simplify it for him. He is a 6th year senior, we do not owe him anything. If he hasn't grown anymore than it seems it probably means he isn't going to. I think its safe to say Joe Milton is who we thought he was, he is a good kid, seems very likeable but he is not an élite QB.
6. The refs were terrible and should be suspended but none the less we had our opportunities and could not capitalize.
7. We got whipped up front on both sides of the ball for most of the game, Florida played like the hungry team and we seem to think every week so far that teams will fold against us based on our accomplishments last year.
8 Aside from the beach I hate the entire state of Florida and being in it at all.

I hope the team/staff could keep some perspective about the accomplishments last year. It was a great year relative to where UT has been recently, but we didnt win or play for any kind of championship and didnt make the playoffs. Hopefully it didnt cause them to think they can do no wrong

Needs repeating imho.

I think Joe is a great kid and a great leader and person. He has proven to be at best average as a NCAA qb and average will get you beat in a very competitive SEC. I am glad I am not our coaches, but it isn't like they didn't know that it could be coming.

Because Florida’s game plan was to stop the run and make Joe beat them throwing. Everybody in America knew the Florida game plan. CJH knew it, Joe missed deep from the jump and UF DBs knew they were in good shape. If you get Joe scrambling it usually goes well for the defense. Joe does not have a good feel for throwing the ball accurately. He doesn’t trust himself and neither does CJH

If coach doesn't trust him, why is he starting?

I was there and replay and videos are not shown at all. I suspected some bad calls but was hard to see from way up! Lol
Wished it would have turned out better. Fans were rowdy but ok with me.
The call on the blindside block was horrible and the replays (once I got to a tv) on a couple of dpi’s seemed really horrible no calls. I thought and we should have kicked both 4th downs and still been in it 22-29. We also gave away 3 in the first half, or it could have been 25-29. With a little time left. We should have stopped them couple of times in 2nd quarter and officials gave them some calls they didn’t give us.
It sux really bad if you feel it wasn’t a fair playing field - but nothing will change it - keep playing and hope we can play better and officials won’t matter.
And whomever can, needs to address officiating with SEC - it is so suspect any more people are losing confidence it is fair and impartial.

I just laughed at the drunks yelling at all us UT fans on the way out. Most of the normal people were just saying stuff like 'see ya next year', etc.

We were in the lower section behind the Vols and it was loud. I was not surprised the Vols had trouble with it.

I want to go the USC game too, but ticket prices are too high these days.

My last trip to the swamp was in 2015 and we watched that farce and UF fans tried to fight us on the way out. I wouldn’t go back if we had the ‘98 roster and the General coaching.

I almost made the 10 hour drive, but opted against it. I guess thanks to the Austin Peay game, I saved myself from that debacle of a trip.
I almost did too. Had tickets in checkout basket and called my husband. He talked me off the ledge. lol
