1. Tony Jones showed a lot more energy, and I think it showed because I though the team brought the energy that was lacking in Arkansas. However, what the hell is he doing with the timeout situation? In Arkansas he blows them all, and tonight it was obvious our offense wasn't going to score to end the game yet he sat on two timeouts. You have to draw up a play to get Scotty or Tobias the ball.

2. If Steven Pearl (yes I said it, sadly) weren't in the game today, it would've been a blowout in the 2nd half. By going undersized on defense put more quickness on the floor and let us defend the ball screens better. He did a great job defensively.

3. Scotty brought it tonight. He still had some missed assignments on defense but was more intense there as well.

4. Tobias forced it too much at times tonight, but his defense improved in the intensity department. Still needs to move his feet better.

5. Goings and Golden couldn't guard Walker tonight, and it killed our D.

6. Williams played better tonight; Fields was absent most of the game for some reason. I thought Fields was Fields and was confused as to why he didn't play more in 2nd half.

7. Loved the shorter rotation when he saw that the 2nd team unit flat out sucked when they were in.

8. Free throws killed us in 2nd half especially the 0-6 stretch with Tatum, Williams, and Hopson.

So many chances to win. We just don't look like we have the fight any more.

This was my first game watching Tony Jones coach. I was not impressed with his time / game management in a few key moments.
