[Sudden Impact]

Coaching Staff - Damn Good from Top to Bottom. They Coach and not a lot of Talk, Preparation.
Team - Bonded, Focused, Leadership, In Sync, Family
LOS - Offense & Defense. These Lines are Are winning games and we often overlook Line of Scrimmage Play.
Secondary - Continues to get better as adjustments are made and players get back off of injury.
Balance of the Run/Pass selection has really made a huge difference in our success.
The team appears to be getting better and has not reached its peak.

The LOS play has been an important catalyst to this team's success. It is often overlooked.

The job that CJH and Staff have done in a short period of time is one none of us thought would occur.
It wasn't just one area but they are building a foundation after a program was almost destroyed by the previous regimes of coaches and ADs.

Player led leadership. Hooker is key in keeping the whole team grounded and focused. Very business like approach week to week

The guys are putting in the work.

Their film study is making a difference on both sides of the ball.

Baiting and then jumping plays on defense. Our offense is exploiting the mis-matchups they force by running tempo.

The defense is getting better for sure.Hard to recognize the team last night from the past weeks.I am very hopeful for our team against Ga. if the D can continue their rise !

Also the important part of having FUN again is also now BACK both for our beloved players as well as our Loyal fans!

I could post accolades here all day.

I truly and deeply believe theres not another coach anywhere in CFB...not Saban, not anyone, who could have taken a UT team coming off of 4-8 and 3-7 campaigns with 30 players leaving the program....and in 20 games turned them into National Championship contenders possibly ranked #1 in the playoff rankings this week.

Only Coach Hype has the #1 scoring offense and the best scheme in CFB. Period. This is not a team made up entirely of 4* and 5* players like UGA and Bama. This Coach has and will beat them both though. He also had the wisdom to put together a VERY good staff that flat outcoaches our enemies. Best play caller in CFB by our O.C. Best Dline coach on Earth in Garner, etc.

I was vocal since last season picking us as an 8-4 or 9-3 team rapidly on the rise. Instead we are 8-0 and peaking at the right time...the FLOOR is 11-1 now with playoffs possible, the ceiling is an outright National Championship.

Amazing. We need to make this staff and CJH a top 5 paid staff in the NCAA rather than middle of the pack paid in the SEC. As soon as the season is over. If we do not reward this staff with big $.....plenty of our rivals will. Unbelievable...GBO VFL WGWTFA
