While I agree, he would have been about 100 times better than what we did end up with.

I would be interested to know if the rumors were true the reason Muschamp was not hired here was because he wanted a clause in the contract where he could leave at any time for Texas or UGA to be the HC with no buyout. If that is true, I wonder if UF agreed to it? With Brown stinking it up at Texas, maybe UF should be worried.

I'm guessing the problem at Texas is Deloss Dodds runs the show. I don't think Muschamp wants any part of Texas while Dodds is AD. He's had a mouthful. Dodds has the Jerry Jones effect on Texas. He's probably why Mack Brown still has a job.

Muschamp is SEC Coach of the Year IMO.
