1. Trae Golden- Two turnovers

Very impressive considering the fact UConn has good ball pressure guys. He did a great job controlling the pace and not forcing things.

2. Stokes/Maymon/Hall- 25/52

Those three guys got basically half the shots, which is the formula for what Tennessee needs. Stokes and Maymon are good passers, and feeding the interior open things up inside. Run the offense through them, and good things will happen.

3. -3 rebound differential

UConn is a good rebounding team. UT held their own however, and didn't let the game get affected on the glass with UConn's size. Great job by the bigs tonight.

1. where are the golden cant play true PG posters at? 6 assists and 2 turnovers, those are elite numbers my friends, he took 4 TOTAL shots. his defense was also outstanding on napier throughout the game, and played 36 minutes. the one minus would be the ft shooting from him but seriously what more do you want from your PG in this game someone please tell me.

2. simple as that. the ball should hit the post everytime down the floor, especially in situations you need a basket. maymon and stokes can usually get where they want and can get their shot if given the ball. if the defense collapses on them THEN kick it out and get your shot but the ball should touch the post atleast once on almost every possesion.

3. Stokes was a freaking animal today and was CLEARLY the best post player on the floor tonight. Im the first one to admit, i thought drummond was going to have a huge game and after 2 minutes i felt like that was definitely true. Kudos to our big men for continuing to play well against some of the best post men in the country.

I'm your huckleberry. I think the point the people who have complained about Golden's - point guard game ( rightfully so IMO is not with his play against UConn and Florida. In both of those games he distributed the ball to the bigs - had 5 or 6 assists each game and directed the tempo and played extremely well.
Contrast that with games like Georgia. Played the entire game - 1 assist, several turnovers, 17 shots. You have explained why people have complained about Golden in part 2. With Stokes, Maymon, Hall shooting 60% and virtually unstopable 1 on 1 - what the hell is Golden doing shooting 17 times and not getting it into our bigs? He is capable of playing a good pg - some games he thinks its the Trae Golden show.

And there in lies that the kid is a sophomore who is new to the position he is going to be inconsistent. Do you think derron Williams or Derek rose came in and got 15, 5 and 5 a night their freshman year, I can promise you they didn't. Give the kid a chance to improve and become more consistent is what I'm saying, he clearly shows flashes of being a damn good point guard.

This is music to my ears, or eyes I guess. This is awesome to see and shows what kind of coach CCM can be.
