Congratulations to CHW for being able to bring in such great talent in these three young women. I wish all three could play right now.

I think we got the steal of the century in this player. You can tell she is not just a three point shooter. She can guard has moves around the basket and plays great defense. I think Holly found a player that is gonna make Lady Vol fans super happy. I wish she was on this years team.

from looking at the videos,I think your right,it will be nice to add a great 3pt shooter to the team, she should be a great addition to the team

I wish these three girls great success--but I'm little concerned about how their games will translate to big-time college basketball. In recent years we have had issues with heady players and heady three-point shooters who simply were not athletic enough to be good college players--to defend well, to get their own shots off the dribble, etc. Summitt got into this habit of signing heady players who didn't pan out. Let's face it: whether it is acknowledged or not, we need players who can help us beat connecticut, not, say, auburn or middle tennessee. That's a high bar but it's the standard nonetheless. Here's hoping...

Totally hear ya on this one. I'm hopeful but a little doubtful. Hopefully I'm wrong though.

"Dunbar, a 6-foot-2 shooting guard that averaged 14.6 points last season for the state’s top-ranked Edwardsville Tigers, picked Tennessee from a final list that consisted of Baylor, Oklahoma State and Louisville."

she does sound like a good one and not a bad set of offers either

If Dunbar is ranked 79th, I'd hate to see the other 78 players that are better than she is except Nared & Middleton of course. Looks like Dunbar & Middleton can shoot lights out & I hope all three LV signees carry that talent into next year's team. We will be contenders & not pretenders. GBO & Go Lady Vols.

You can see on the video that Dunbar is an athletic player. You don't average 8.2 rebounds per game if your not able to get inside and mix it up. We'll see if she goes up in the rankings as a Senior. She grew seven inches from her freshman to her junior season. She went up 95 positions in that one season. I expect her to potentially reach the top 25 as a senior.

I would say that after this class, Warlick needs to find at least two special players next year. I don't think any of this trio will prove special.

why is that armchair ? none of em ? i think they will all be at the worst solid contributors and there is a bunch of upside to all of them

They are all special to me and every player on the roster as well. The Lady Vols took a hit for signing to many players in one class when Summitt was coaching. Many of them were the same type player and a couple were always injured. Right now I see a team on the way back to the top. This team could develop into a final four team by season end. Holly has filled a huge hole by bringing in four players that can really shoot the three. Among the four Dunbar shot 55 percent and at 6'2" and her quick release she will definitely get her shots off. How would she not with our inside game. Were back I see about three or four losses total this season.

Yes it depends on the draw and winning enough to get a number one seed. Right now I only see Duke and UConn as better than we are at this point. We have a lot of room for improvement before the season is over. I say if we win enough to get a number one seed we will be a final four team. In the past few years we haven't had defensive stoppers like Carter and Reynolds can be on the perimeter. :)

Carter and Reynolds look pretty good right now, can't wait to see em with some more playing time
