So I bought a ticket and admittedly it's my first time getting a ticket through them. I get this on my phone when trying to login to ticketmaster. Anyone have advice? I definitely dont want to drive to Columbus till i can see my ticket in the app.1000005280.jpg

Are you using a VPN?

If so, try disabling that. I have gotten similar messages on other websites when using a VPN.

I had the same issue. Try using a different browser or turning off your phone’s wifi.

OK i think I'll be ok it's viewable in email but still not in app. The app still does that error. I do not have VPN and I tried again off wifi. I will keep trying once I get off work today to get on app.

disconnect from your wifi, vpn, etc. try accessing it with only cellular

the only time i get this message is when i forget to turn my vpn off
