I mean, yes, but those out-of-conference neutral site games in major cities are generally one Power 5 team versus another Power 5 team, though (Virginia’s an ACC team).

This is a power 5 team playing a smaller team from the American Athletic Conference.

St. Louis has been without NFL for some time. Now yes St. Louis is much closer to Jefferson City than Memphis but it's still only a half day's drive.

Certainly the decision has already been made. I haven't been following, but I am anxious to know how all this will fall out. Pods, Divisions, Rivalries etc. As a season ticket holder, I personally like the pod thing where there is a lot of variety over the course of 3 or 4 seasons to see teams...
