Apparently, the movie Machete will have another Tarantino fake trailer in it starring Tim Roth as Agent Orange. I wonder if this will turn into another movie like Machete? We shall see...

Source indicates that it will be set in 1975 and will feature Tim Roth as Agent Ringo Orange, a British soldier who wants to restart the Vietnam war. Roth will share the screen in the trailer with Rick Yune, who will play Li Chan, Orange's South Vietnamese sidekick. It will also star Sacha Baron Cohen as Colonel Weathers, and Stacy Keach as Doc Franklin, the rumoured antagonist.

Seeing Orange and Tim Roth I instantly thought, Reservoir Dogs. My guess it will be about the chemical the US sprayed on the Vietnamese during the Vietnam war.

On a side note, I hate Robert Rodriguez. I've never seen a good movie by him.
